Terms & Conditions
1.We are LEWIS GRANDEUR SINGAPORE PTE LTD having our business address at 1093 LOWER DELTA ROAD #05-15/16, trading as lewisgrandeur.com.sg/ensemble
2. If you buy in our site, these general terms and conditions (“T&Cs”) will provide you with the relevant information relating to the company and services (“Services”).
4. You are fully responsible for ensuring that all information on this Sales Order is accurate and complete before making payment.
5. All prices quoted are final, inclusive of all taxes and duties (excluding delivery fee if applicable)
6. These T&Cs and our Policies may be updated from time to time without prior notice therefore.
7. For any changes/cancellation of orders, please contact us at +6682 8802 from Monday – Friday 10am – 6pm excluding weekends and Public Holidays in Singapore. Please note that no refund will be accepted for order cancellation (please refer our Return policy) and changes requested is subjected for review by LEWIS GRANDEUR PTE LTD.
8. Please also note that any change/cancellation will result in you incurring additional delivery fees
9. Where you buy as a consumer, these T&Cs and the Returns Policy will not affect your rights under law which cannot be otherwise excluded.
10. We will not be responsible for any delay or failure to comply with these T&Cs or the Returns Policy if the delay or failure arises from any event which is beyond our reasonable control. Such events would include (but are not limited to) fires, floods, earthquakes, storms, natural disasters, war, civil unrest, acts of terrorism or malicious damage to or destruction of our premises, equipment or goods.

Return & Exchange Policy
We take great pride in the quality of our products and allow exchange within 30 days from the date of item(s) purchased. We adhere to our Returns Policy upon valid proof (receipt of order) by the customer, subjected to the below terms and conditions:
1. Item(s) returned is due to manufacturer’s defect or item(s) received is not as stated as per order invoice.
2. Item(s) such as home fragrances and body care products is strictly not returnable.
3. Item(s) must be unwashed or otherwise unused with all original tags/labels attached for hygiene reasons
4. Item(s) purchased as part of a set or multi-items pack must be returned as a whole set
5. All returned item(s) is subjected to be reviewed by LEWIS GRANDEUR and if the returns do not meet the criteria, we will not accept the item(s)and where applicable, customer may be charged with a fee for return delivery.
6. You are responsible for any costs associated with returning the item to us including any currency conversion and/or local or international taxes. Kindly retain all proof of mailing until an acknowledgment has been sent.
7. Should the item(s) not available in-stock for an exchange, customer is allowed select another item from the site as of equivalent value or lower. Additional charges on the difference will incur if the selection is higher in value.
8. This policy does not apply to items that are on promotion and clearance unless it is due to manufacturer defect.
9. If you believed you have received the wrong item, email us at email@example.com with your order number and a photograph of the item. We may ask you to proceed with sending your item back to us, for which your postage will be reimbursed. Please note that items must be unwashed and unused with its tags intact. If the correct item is no longer in-stock, store-credit or refund will be issued instead.

4. Your exchange and return request will be processed within 7 business days upon the management review and approval (not inclusive of public holidays and weekends).
For returns dropped off at Ensemble@Cluny Court, additional processing time will be needed as they may not be sent back to office immediately.
Do ensure to include all relevant details like order information, photos or anything else that will allow us help you better.
